Revolving Skyscraper: In Dubai world’s first revolving skyscraper

Dubai is aiming to build what will be the world’s first Revolving Skyscraper (80 floors and will be ready by 2020), to keep the world’s tallest Skyscraper, the Burj Khalifa, company.

What does Rotary mean? For example, you will be lying on the bed in your room, and the whole structure will rotate so that you can contemplate the landscape 360 degrees.

This unique building in the world is dubbed the Dynamic Tower and is the work of the famous architect David Fisher. Each of the apartments will cost 30 million dollars and will occupy a whole floor.

The funniest thing is that each guest will be able to choose the speed at which their revolving skyscraper sector revolves. Can you imagine turning so that the sun always enters through the window?

Also, the building will be characterized by being sustainable: between each floor, the architects plan to include a wind turbine system to generate electricity.
